Everybody has been telling us we should set up a blog, so here it is and we hope y'all enjoy it. We are excited for the holiday season, but we had a great summer here in Texas. Last weekend we took the girls to the Texas State Fair here in Dallas and it was awesome! The Texas fair is ranked number one in the U.S. and it is no wonder, it is huge! You can easily spend a whole day there and not get bored. Emma loved playing the fair games and she adores the puppy she won, she takes it everywhere with her.

I've been having so much fun with blogging---I didn't think it would be this easy and fun! We miss you guys but it looks like you're living it up while there!!

Katie, this is an amazing use of some of your time and talents. I guess I'll have to check here from time to time if I want to keep up with what's happening in the family.
