Double Blessings!

It has been an eventful weekend for us. Friday night we carved pumpkins, everybody looks forward to this because Aaron roasts the pumpkin seeds and they taste so good!

Aarons sister Cheree finally had her twin boys on Friday. Emma and her cousin Myree are singing a duet of "When He Comes Again" in sacrament meeting tomorrow, so after their Primary Practice this morning we all drove into Dallas to meet my cute brand new nephews Aiden and Ashton. They are just so cute, I didn't want to give em back.....I want a boy!

After the hospital we had to run back to Emma's school for her Fall Carnival. The girls got their faces painted and got to play some games. Now Aaron and I are looking forward to a Denny's breakfast dinner and dollar movie date night. All in all a great weekend! :)

Josh and McCall come to Texas

Josh and McCall spent their UEA vacation with us here in Texas, they are the best! One of their friends started a tradition where he would dress up every time he got you from the airport, so Chloe and I dressed up too.

The girls love these tiger costumes and they wore them for 2 days straight while Josh and McCall were here.
We went to Dave and Busters and won 500 tickets playing Deal or No Deal, it was so much fun!

This is Emma and I riding on this huge slide at the Texas State Fair. I thought Emma would get scared, but she loved it!

Just tall enough :)

The Fair was sooooo crowded because of the Texas vs. Oklahoma game at the Cotton Bowl, it was crazy!
The most popular food was the fried butter. Josh and Aaron waited in line for at least 30 minutes to get some. Yuck!
Aaron got Fried Butter, Fried Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. He said the Fried Butter was so good and that it tasted like a warm biscuit with butter but so much better.
The weather was so nice so we went to the park to feed the ducks and these huge ducks would walk right up to you, Chloe loved it.

This Duck is so cute, look at his hair!
This butterfly loved McCall and sat on her sweater for like 5 minutes.

We played lots of games and they were the funniest to play curses with. Thanks so much Josh and McCall for thinking of us and flying out to visit. We had so much fun and the girls miss you already.

A Day at the Park

The weather in Texas right now has been great, its about 75 degrees. We took the girls to the park to play and feed the ducks. Chloe would get so excited when the ducks would eat her bread. It's such a nice day!
