I had to do something about this, the girls are covering the walls throughout the house in their artwork, which is fine, but it has leaked out onto hanging from around the table, completely covering the fridge, all over the front door and any surface still available so.....
After coming across this fantastical idea on pinterest (gotta love pinterest) rummaging through my box of old frames, using leftover paint, picking up some great finds at the DI and finding some time while Chloe is at preschool I put this together for a couple $$. I love this idea, with the office clips I can change out their artwork whenever and maybe this will keep back the clutter.

Chloe's off to Preschool

I sent Chloe off to her first day of preschool today. She was so excited, which surprised me. I've been so worried about how she would deal with it, but all morning it's all she could talk about and she kept asking when it was time to go. When we finally got there she got real quiet and said she didn't want to go, but as soon as she saw her teacher and the other kids she went and sat right down with no problem, no tears....from her anyways. And this coming from the girl who after a year of being in our new ward still has a hard time and cries every time we drop her off at primary. I was amazed! So I drove to the store to do my grocery shopping with no kiddos and I cried the whole way. I'll miss having my lil Chlobug all the time but Im hoping I can use this time to finally catch up on years of scrap booking and some craft projects.
She was so excited to finally get to wear her new sparkly shoes.

Im really glad I got all those books from the library about going to preschool and read them to Chloe every night for the last week, it's amazing what books can do.
